Scope of Position:

Harrison Steel is hiring employees who want to train for jobs matched specifically to their skills. These individuals are responsible for helping process steel castings specific to our customers' specifications.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Duties may include a wide variety of tasks including but not limited to
    • material handling
    • crane operation
    • welding
    • machining
    • sand molding
    • quality control
    • grinding
  • Follow work instructions

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Customer and quality focused
  • Basic math & English reading skills
  • Ability to solve simple problems
  • Adhere to safety policies and practices
  • High level of personal accountability and attention to detail
  • Previous manufacturing experience preferred
